STRUCTURAL FILM n°58 […]

In the context of the exhibition Structural Film n°58 […] Rens Cools – the organizer – and Evelin Brosi & Elvis Bonier – the artist – drew up an exhibition agreement.

The organizer agreed to keep the artist's film Structural Film n°58: (potentially) 6.229.504 combinations of 184 four letter words describing things banned from YouTube content that's eligible for monetization randomly interrupted by the words 'AND' 'OR' and ‘NOT' running during the exhibition. More specifically this meant that the organizer agreed to click the mouse (continuously) in order to switch between frames. On top of that the organizer agreed to click at least 6000 times each hour of the exhibition and to click when visitors where present in the exhibition space.

If previous mouse-conditions were not met, the organizer agreed to close the exhibition space (GALLERY GALLERY) for ‘(1 second / missing click) + (1 minute / visitor present)’ during (the) future Antwerp Art Weekend(s).
